This 3,600-sq.-ft. Luxury Homes Art Deco style bay house design in Atlantic Beach, New York is an artistic structure of stone, stucco, steel and glass. Designed by Belmont Freeman Architects, the luxury homes features a relatively closed facade which provides plenty of privacy from the street, and offers much by way of visual interest with a collection of frosted and transparent windows punctuating an otherwise minimalist exterior. Despite its closed character, the Luxury Homes offers access to the outdoors via a main-floor living area, enclosed in glass walls which open to an adjacent garden. Inside, a modern decor is illuminated by abundant windows. An industrial-chic staircase leads upstairs and out to a rooftop patio with panoramic views of the bay.
